These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Regimeline subscription service ("Service") provided by Rewards Fuel LLC, a limited liability company organised in St Kitts and Nevis ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service is a subscription-based service that provides technical analysis signals, market data visualizations, sector rankings, and related analytical tools and content (collectively, "Content"). The Service is provided via our website and platform hosted at signals.rewardsfuel.com.
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Scout, Analyst, Strategist) with varying features and limitations. Current pricing and features are available on our Pricing page. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
Paid plans (Analyst and Strategist) start with a single 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and your payment method is charged the plan price (plus any applicable taxes) for each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your dashboard.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing period. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us (or our processor) to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Scout (free) tier. Your data and watchlists will be preserved.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account or allow multiple users to access the Service under a single account, unless you are on a multi-seat team plan.
All code, content, data, signals, analyses, charts, indicators, sector rankings, forward-return studies, and all other materials provided through the Service ("Materials") are owned by Rewards Fuel LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided as a subscription service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Materials solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not:
All Content provided through the Service, including signals, sector ratings, studies, summaries, and analyses, is general information and educational content. It is NOT personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
You should conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions. Past performance and historical study results do not guarantee or predict future returns.
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We obtain market data from third-party providers and public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data or Content. Data may be delayed, and quotes may not be real-time.
You may not use the Service to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDS FUEL LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewards Fuel LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account through your account settings.
