Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Regimeline

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from Account → Billing. You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free Scout plan. Your watchlists and saved studies are kept.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly plans aren't refunded for the current period, but you can cancel before the next renewal. Annual plans get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of payment. Just email support.

How does the free trial work?

Pick Analyst or Strategist and enter a card at Stripe checkout. You get 14 days free and aren't charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends (from Manage billing on your dashboard), you pay nothing. Otherwise your plan renews automatically at the listed price. You can also use the free Scout plan without a card.

Is this investment advice?

No. Everything on the platform, including signals, sector ratings, studies and summaries, is general information and educational content. It is not personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past performance and historical study results don't guarantee future returns. Do your own research or consult a licensed adviser.

Where does your data come from, and is it real-time?

We use delayed end-of-day market data from public sources for US equities, ETFs, and indices. Data is typically updated after market close and may include delays. All technical indicators and signals are calculated from this historical price data. We do not provide real-time market data feeds.

How are forward-return studies calculated?

You define a rule, for example "VIX closes above 30, then later closes below 20". We find every historical occurrence and show forward returns over 1 week to 12 months, with hit rate, median, worst case and sample size. The results describe history. They don't predict.

Can I switch plans or move to annual billing later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Moving to annual credits your unused monthly balance.

Do you offer team, adviser or student pricing?

Strategist annual includes one seat. Contact us about multi-seat team plans for advisory firms. Verified students get 40% off Analyst.

What technical analysis methods do you use?

We implement 50+ methods from the professional technical analysis toolkit, including: relative-strength ratio charts with indicators applied to ratios, Exhaustion Count 9/13 signals, multi-timeframe confirmation, automated support/resistance and breakout detection, Fibonacci retracements, sector rotation rankings, and a rules-based forward-return studies engine. All signals are computed systematically from public data.

What's the difference between Scout, Analyst, and Strategist?

Scout is free with basic features and limited capacity (15 tickers, 1 study/day). Analyst ($29/mo) unlocks all indicators, ratio charts, full sector rankings, and 10 studies/day. Strategist ($79/mo) adds scanners, 100 studies/day with 6-condition rules, CSV exports, webhooks, and priority support. See the full comparison on our Pricing page.

Can I use this for my investment advisory business?

Yes, if you're an RIA or financial adviser. Strategist annual includes one seat. Contact us for multi-seat team plans. Remember that our content is general information, not personalized advice. You remain responsible for providing appropriate advice to your clients.

Do you support international markets?

Currently, the Service focuses on US equities, ETFs, and indices. International ETFs (e.g., VGK, EZU, FXI) are supported for ratio analysis. We may expand coverage to other markets in the future.
